3 Tips to Reach Your Goals

Hey everyone, Coach Lauren here! As we round into our last quarter of the year I want to talk to you about reaching your goals.
So many of us are coming to work, doing the clients, checking our total at the end of the day, shrugging our shoulders, and heading home.
But with a little focus, we can completely change the trajectory of our business these last few months.
Let’s arm ourselves with knowledge and the power that with small changes we can make big impact.Â
âś“Â Know where you are going daily, monthly, yearly
If you have no idea where you are headed, getting to the finish line will feel impossible.
If you want to make $100,000 this year, break that into $8,334 months, into $2,083 weeks and into 4 $520 days.
$520 feels far more achievable than just saying $100L with no plan how to get there.
Take time to sit down and evaluate where you are in relation to your goal and exactly what that looks like.

âś“Â Turn your gaps into manageable pieces
If you are always tracking where you are, it’s much easier to know midway through the month if you need to add another $2,000 on somewhere rather than on the last day.
If you have 10 work days left in the month and $1000 until your goal, you can find you need to only add $100 to each of those days with a quick calculation!
✓ Have 2–3 service add ons you feel comfortable talking about & offering to every single guest
Did you know when we write something down we are far more likely to achieve it?
When prepping your day, print out your client list out so you can visually see what your day looks like. Write down the add-on services you will talk about with each guest.
Offering guests what they truly need and honoring our margin for magic can make the world of difference in your business this season.
