What's your biggest challenge as a stylist? Chances are, you said charging your worth.
You know your guests should be paying full price, you know your time is more valuable than what you get for it...yet something inside is making it difficult for you to charge your worth.
Our industry is funny because we are plagued by the innate need to offer discounts, like offering a discount if your client's having a rough day, or lowering your prices because you don't feel confident or educated enough.
But no other industry feels obligated to discount the people they serve.
Think about it. Your dentist doesn't offer a discount because you're having a bad day. Your mechanic doesn't do your oil change for free because your partner lost their job. Your phone company doesn't give you a month free as a thank you for being a customer.
We are the only industry that does that and we have to shut it down.
But when you end the discounting cycle and start confidently charging your worth, that's when the whole game changes, friends.
Find the right pricing for you. Stay confident in your worth. Increase your perceived value so your target market clients don't bat an eye at checkout.
You're worth it.
