As we walk into a new year, I want you to ask yourself one question...
What are you going to do differently this year?
Take a moment to slow down and reflect on your life in 2023. If you completed the Wealthy Life Framework in 2022, pull that out and journal on whether you achieved that lifestyle and what you can do in 2023 to make it happen.
If you don’t have the Wealthy Life Framework, journal through the questions below to reflect on 2022 and create one for 2023!
→ Time Wealth. Did you have plenty of time with your family, friends, partner, business, education, creativity, exploration, or even yourself? If not, what do you need to change in 2023?
→ Health Wealth. Did you focus on your physical, mental, psychological, and emotional health? What do you need more or less of this year?
→ Love Wealth. Were you able to have healthy communication, relationships, and even work environments this year? This can also look like experiencing peace and joy at home with your family, friends, or fur babies. What needs to happen in 2023 to experience this even more?
→ Money Wealth. Was 2022 the year you had a clear financial plan, less debt, more savings, and enough money to live your life how you want to live it? What will you do to experience the next level of money wealth in 2023?
Whether you have filled this framework out before or not, this will prepare your mindset for success in 2023. I can't wait to see your breakthroughs!

New Scaling Stylist Pricing Calculator Options
We've made some major updates on the Scaling Stylist Pricing Method (all members have access!).
- Info Tab
- Factor 2: The option is now 0-16 (rather than 9-16). (The formula is the same.)
- Factor 4: The highest option for guests was 50-54. We have now added additional options for higher guest amounts.
- Factor 5: If you select "10+", the price amount has changed mildly for a price increase. - Services Offered Tab
The default for "Haircut (No Styling)" now has a 45-minute option calculated within the hourly rate. - Extensions Tab
An additional dropdown was added for hair type and prep time needed. You can select a specific extension service, amount of wefts, desired mark-up, and updated hourly rate calculation. - Taxes Tab
Option to now select 2022. - Invoice Tab
"Clear Invoice" deselects everything instead of doing it manually.
You do not need to go back and update your calculator. We will update them all for you on the backend so you can leave it, but feel free to confirm to see if any prices have changed for you!
If you make a copy of the pricing calculator, you will be the owner of that copy, not us, therefore the copy will not update from our master sheet. Only the original downloaded sheet will update. Go back to the Scaling Stylist Pricing Method and download a new one (Module 4) if you are not sure!
