Hello hello Thrivers!
Coach Gregory here and I want to chat about how to give back this holiday season without costing you a dime!
I know it gives us the warm and fuzzies to get cards or presents from clients, friends, and family. I want you to lean into that feeling and think about how we can give that back to the people that support our business most.
Now don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying add more to your holiday shopping list or encouraging anything that adds to the overwhelm. We’ve talked about perceived value a lot and I want you to lean into that with your communication now more than ever.
People often feel stressed or stretched thin this time of year so lets talk about what you can do to help:
CONNECTION
The world is fast paced, and people wear "busy" like a badge of honor. What can you do to deepen that connection with your clients? Do they only hear from you when YOU need something? Or are you communicating all the time, (especially now) asking how they're doing or even offering complimentary advice? What could you pass on to them right now that would be a huge value add?
COMMUNICATION
Now is the perfect opportunity to get regimented on your communication practices. When is the post appointment follow up sent? Do you let them know how to use their products they purchased after they've gone? Maybe a quick video tutorial or something along those lines. We want clients to feel nurtured when they're stretching themselves thin nurturing others.
CUSTOMIZATION
I could tell you thousands of cool things that we do... but what will be most impactful is customizing these things for YOU and your TARGET MARKET. Everyone's needs will be different, so dig into that Module 2 research you've done and connect the dots. If you take a moment and deeply listen to those already in your chair, you'll be amazed by how they're actually telling you what they need most.

New Year's Workshop
Create Your 2024 Vision Board in January's New Year Workshop!
Let's kick off 2024 together in this live workshop with Susie Moore's "Create Your 2024 Vision Board" on January 8, 2024!
This workshop is different because there are some things to prepare BEFORE attending! Gather these items throughout December.
Add to your calendar!Here are basic materials* that can create a gorgeous vision board:Â
- Poster board (Here's an example, but you can find boards in any stationery store or even use a rectangular cut-out from a delivery box)!
- 6–8 magazines. Include a blend! Travel, fashion, bridal, local city magazines, etc., whatever suits your intuition).
- One or more photographs of a time in your life that captured you at your happiest
- Quotes or personal affirmations
- Meaningful paper items like ticket stubs, old postcards, Pinterest image printouts, etc.
- Glue and/or push pins (for cork boards)
- Markers, writing tools, and any glitter or craft items that feel fun. Don't limit yourself!Â
- Scissors
*all items are optional/personal - besides the board itself*
Want to create a virtual vision board? While Susie likes to lean into the child-like aspect of creating physical boards, the ideas shared and prompts remain the same. Meaning, you can still benefit from our vision board party!
