Jess
Jess’ journey with Thrivers Society began, unknowingly, in 2014 when she accepted a job as a member of the reception team at Britt’s salon in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Though she left the salon after graduation to pursue other opportunities, in 2018, destiny came knocking in the form of a Facebook DM from Britt inviting her to join the Thrivers Society team.
Though she was happily employed in the corporate office of an industry-leading bridal company, she took a leap of faith with no hesitation to pursue this new challenge & opportunity.
With a background in client experience, communications, & finance Jess has spent the past 2 years fully dedicated to the Thrivers Society community. She is passionate about helping stylists create systems in their business that will help them build and scale beyond their wildest dreams. She is an innovator at heart, and loves finding new ways to solve old problems.
Jess was the lead event coordinator for Thrivers Society Live, and currently manages the Thrivers Society Elite program. She is excited to begin the next chapter of her career as a private coach, exclusively for Thrivers Society members.
Outside of work, Jess is always ready to try out a new restaurant or recipe, curl up with a new book recommendation, or find a new place to explore (preferably near an ocean, river, or lake, please).

Hayley
Hayley's journey with the Thrivers Team began when she was recruited by Britt personally to be our Live Events Production Specialist. Britt had interviewed with her in the past, couldn’t stop thinking about what an incredible team member she’d be and scooped her up the first chance she got.
Hayley was deep into planning Thrivers Live 2021 when the pandemic hit and Britt knew this was a sign that Hayley was destined for more. Hayley let us know that she’d grown to love our vision and mission deeply and felt drawn to coaching our members. Her passion for the program combined with her extensive background as an educator made her the perfect fit as a Thrivers Society Coach and she began a mentorship with Britt immediately.
With a background in psychology and leadership, Hayley has been able to pull from all of her life and educational experiences to help Thrivers understand and apply what they have learned to their business and be their biggest fan and advocate along the way.
Hayley is passionate about the beauty industry and truly enjoys helping stylists and salon owners reach their full potential. Though she has bounced around between roles in the company, she is thrilled to start her journey as a Thrivers Society Specialist, coaching Thrivers one-on-one to level up their business. She is crazy about reviewing and fine-tuning brand boards and websites, and social media is her all-time favorite game.
When she's not working, you will find Hayley either snuggled up or adventuring outdoors with her princess pup, binge-listening to her favorite true crime podcast, or traveling around the United States to watch her fiance play baseball. Good books are her escape, celebrity gossip is her guilty pleasure, and Mexican food fills her soul up. She believes living a balanced life is the key to happiness and success and she works hard to find fulfillment in all areas of her life.

This is the introductory call where all Thrivers begin their private coaching journey. We like to start by ensuring you have solid foundation through a well executed brand board, dream client profile and branding package.
Through a 25 minute Jump-Start Coaching Call, a Thrivers Society Specialist can help you work through:
- Branding questions
- Target Market frustrations
- Brand board creation or review
- Dream client profile creation or review
- Logo reviews
25 minutes goes by faster than you think! There is a chance you’ll get some feedback on your website or social media profiles as well if you come to the call with a well established brand board, dream client profile and branding package and minimal coaching is needed.
Once you’ve completed this initial coaching call, other booking options will be available as well.
40 minute call

Do you need help with more advanced topics and want a coach to answer some questions? You are beyond your target & brand board and need just a little help refining other aspects of your marketing funnel?
Through a 40 minute Q & A Strategy Session, a Thrivers coach can help you work through:

40 minute call with Britt

Do you need help forming a plan and want Britt to be the one to help you get there? You feel kind of all over the place when it comes to marketing as a stylist and salon owner and you want to sit down with Britt and determine what is broken and what comes next?
Through a 40 minute Refine & Elevate Strategy Session, Britt can help you work through:
- Troubleshoot your marketing funnel
- Review your brand and target market in full
- Analyze your social media and help you create a content plan you can stick with
- Walk through your website page by page and help you determine exactly what to fix or adjust.

Frequently Asked Questions
These calls are only available for current Thrivers Society members looking to have breakthroughs in the program.
Our Thrivers Society Specialist coaching program is rigorous. Specialists have completed a 4 week training intensive with Britt and have been working behind the scenes in student support and Facebook groups for 1-3 years.
They have been running the Assessment programs, sitting in on all coaching call replays and have been mentored and tested by Britt personally before being approved to coach any of our students.
You will book your session at the time of purchase. These coaching sessions book up quickly, so you may have to wait 2-6 weeks from the time of purchase to get on a coach's calendar.
Not a problem! So long as you reschedule your session with at least 48 hours notice, you can easily reschedule to a time that works better for you. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you may not reschedule and will not receive a refund.
You can certainly book another session at anytime or invest in one of our coaching packages, however no email or direct message coaching is available.
