June Thrivers Digest

As of June 1, we are officially halfway through the year! If you're in a bit of a summer slump or are getting ready to finish 2023 strong, here's a quick, 5-step plan to get you started!

1. Confirm or revise your goals for the next six months.
It's okay if your goals need to change or haven't gone as planned. Make sure your goals for the next six months are accurate and actionable.

 2. Create milestone within each goal.
Setting goals are great, but if you don't identify the steps to getting there, you'll struggle to make it happen by December 31, 2023. Break down each milestone (medium-sized goal) within your goals, and then create action steps to achieve each milestone.

 3. Confirm or revise your schedule
If your schedule doesn't allow you to reach your goals, either your goals or your schedule needs to change. What shifts can you make now to make achieving your goals easier?

If your schedule currently works for you and your six-month goals, lock it in and kindly protect your time.

4. Share your six-month goals in your Facebook group!
When you publicly declare your goals, you have so much more motivation to get them done! And don't forget the additional accountability and support from your fellow Thrivers!

5. Determine how you will reward yourself for each goal you reach!
Make sure to find a way to acknowledge your progress and hard work because your achievements are 100% worth celebrating!
